Beer Of The Week

Drink Space Dust over liquor you’ll get there quicker…

That is the case with Elysian’s Space Dust IPA. Weighing in at a whopping 8.7% ABV, Space Dust is definitely a trippy ride. Brewed with Citra, Amarillo and Chinook hops it carries a light taste with a bold body, all while holding its bitter notes as every IPA should. A great beer for weekend warriors who enjoy bong rips and Netflix binge watching. Elysian is a fairly young brewery getting its start in 1996 in a densely populated residential area in Seattle, coined Capitol Hill. Since 96’ , Elysian has harvested over 350 craft beers and managed to build 4 restaurants in the greater Seattle area. Elysian is known for its innovative outlook on beer each year they hold the Great Pumpkin Beer Festival, where you guessed it–many pumpkin beers are poured and tasted, while others have paired Space Dust with pastas such as Alfredo with light sauces. I would prefer you pair it with a nice weed infused edible. A guaranteed ship ride to that special place or should I say space.
